Delete your Nerion account
You can ask us to delete your Nerion account (the Minecraft launcher for PC and Android, and nerionmc.com) together with its associated data. Here's how.
How to request it
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Nerion account".
- Send it from the email of the Google account you sign in to Nerion with. If you sign in with Discord or Modrinth, include your Nerion username and your username on that service.
- We'll reply to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything. We may ask you to confirm from the account itself.
- Once confirmed, we delete the account and its personal data within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile: username, display name, avatar, bio and social links.
- Your Google, Discord and Modrinth links.
- Your friends list, blocks, notifications and instance access.
- Your synced game preferences and uploaded skins.
- Your crystal balance and wallet items. They can't be recovered or refunded.
- The launcher installation records tied to the account (including IP address) and crash reports.
What we keep
- Purchase and payment records, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Forum posts, messages and event results: kept so other players' conversations and leaderboards don't break, but shown as "Deleted user", without your name or avatar.
- Aggregated statistics that don't identify you (e.g. daily usage totals). Daily usage records are deleted after 180 days regardless.
- Whatever is needed to enforce an active sanction or a legal obligation, only for as long as it lasts.
Data we don't control
- Your Microsoft/Minecraft account isn't part of Nerion: its session is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the launcher removes its local data (instances, worlds and sessions).
- Google Drive backups live in your own Drive; delete them from there.
